The commencement of Burnet Home Loans/PHH Mortgage, a full-service mortgage company, was a logical solution to servicing Minnesota's #1 real estate company, Coldwell Banker Burnet. In this competitive market, we have been able to establish ourselves by providing quality service to an increasing number of satisfied customers.

Looking closely at the recent years, our figures demonstrate that we are a proven leader in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Our first year in business we originated in excess of $395 million; our second year we reached $591 million; and our third year we originated in excess of $745 million. In September of 1998, we reached over $1 Billion in originations, and in 2002, closed over $1 Billion.

Our corporate offices are located in the heart of Edina and just minutes from the downtown loops of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Burnet Home Loans/PHH Mortgage now employs over 146 people. Our experienced, professional loan originators office in one of 38 Coldwell Banker Burnet sales offices. Centralized processing, underwriting and closing enable us to expedite the constant inflow of production. Our cutting edge computer technology helps us meet our ever-changing needs.
